I found that when I went through the 7 and 1/2 habits presentation the very first one actually caused me the most trouble. It is just a little too thoughtful for me. I have a tendency to want to "wing it". I have more fun when I do this and usually stick to something longer. I generally have a vague goal... but it develops as I go along.
As for the easiest habit, it would have to be to use technology. I love using technology because it allows for a lot of "out of the box" thinking.

The staff at the YMCA have T shirts that read: "Motivation is what gets you going; habit is what keeps you going." This may not be an exact quote. I wonder what it means.
